Refund policy

You may return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it.  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags on and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or invoice. Bikes are not eligible for return. If shipping damage or missing parts are discovered, please notified us within 48 hours. ALL BIKES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO AND BE ASSEMBLED BY A PROFESSONAL BIKE SHOP. 

After 7 days, the sale is final and will not be eligible for return. 

No items will be refunded if returned used.  We reserve the right to ship items back to you with no refund if they arrive to us in used conditioned.  

We do not offer free return shipping.  We are happy to pay return shipping costs, from the original shipping destination, if we sent you the wrong item or if you received an item with a manufacturers defect.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs for sizing, color, style, fit, or similar issues. You will also be charged a 10% restocking fee for returning an item. If we provide a return label for you, you will not be charged a restocking fee. 

If returning an item due to sizing, color, style, fit or similar issues, you will need to ship the product back to us. Our return address is

Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a refund minus the 10% restocking fee.(Unless we provided a pre-paid return label)
