Shipping policy

We offer free continental US economy shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will pay a flat-rate $10 shipping fee. All orders will have a shipping label created within 24 hours of payment, unless the item is out of stock or in pre-order status. Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship that following Monday. For international and expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.

-Bike Shipping policy

Fat-tire and Electric Bikes are charged a flat-rate of $50. All other bikes will have free shipping. If you are interested in expediate shipping, please contact us. Bikes typically take 5-7 business days by UPS Ground Shipping. Bikes are partially assembled and inspected, then disassembled and placed in their box. YOU WILL NEED TO ASSEMBLE. We recommend bringing the bike to a bike shop to have it professional assembled. Bikes are not eligible for return if not assembled by a professional bike shop.
